My husband cheated on me so I want sole custody of the kids and the house.

It is not relevant if a partner cheated.

Nevada is a no-fault divorce which means that either party can request a divorce without giving any specific reason. The most common grounds for divorce in Nevada, are what we call the irreconcilable differences meaning that the parties no longer get along for whatever reason. A spouse’s infidelity is not looked at by the court when it comes to dividing marital assets, or when it comes to award custody of the kids.

I hope this has been helpful.
