How can I find out if the child is mine?

In Family Court in Nevada in order to establish paternity of a child, a person must start by filing a complaint to establish paternity.

Once this complaint has been filed with the court, the judge normally requests and demands that the party determines paternity based on a DNA testing. Once the paternity has been established the judge may then also decide child custody, child support, and visitation as part of this paternity case.
